The basement of this home in Danville had cinder block foundation walls that had started to bow and crack. The floors of the home were also sagging and bowing, and there was water leaking up from underneath the foundation. Our System Designer went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install the CarbonArmor Wall Repair System. The CarbonArmor System is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten walls over time. Fortress also installed SmarJacks to support the floors of the home. To address the water problem, Fortress installed a full perimeter WaterGuard with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This homeowner can now rest assured knowing that their foundation walls are supported and their water problems re taken care of!

System Designer, Caleb Stone, presented the solution of Crawl Space Encapsulation to home owners in Danville, Virginia who were struggling with mold in their crawl space.
