Home owner in the Staunton area called us with some cencerns of mold and mildew affecting their allergies and expressed interest in encapsulating their crawlspace.

This homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions because they noticed that each time it rained, there was water coming into their basement through their walls! Fortress examined the property, gave them the best solution, and then had one of our crews go out and inform the customer in a step by step process of the work we were going to be doing in their home. 

We installed a Super Sump pump, Waterguard, Trench Drain, and our CleanSpace wall system. CleanSpace wall creates a vapor barrier on your basement walls to block out water vapor and humidity

This homeowner contacted Fortress because they were tired of receiving water and having a musty smell in their basement. Fortress solved all of their problems by installing our WaterGuard system and our CleanSpace Wall system. They will no longer receive standing water because our WaterGuard system is designed to collect the water that is coming in through your walls then draining that water into your sump pump. Our CleanSpace Wall system was installed to create a vapor barrier around their basement walls to block out water vapor and humidity.

After speaking with them over the phone, one of our System Designers, Zach Bullock, went out to take a look at their home so he could provide them with the best solution. When he was finished inspecting their home, Zach sat down with the homeowners and informed them on all the issues he had found with their home. Zach recommended our full perimeter WaterGuard System to assure this customer they would no longer receive water in their basement!

This sidewalk at this house in Staunton was cracked and uneven. This is a tripping hazard that could cause injury if not taken care of. Fortress leveled this sidewalk by using the PolyLevel Injection System. Now the concrete is even and no longer a tripping hazard.
