This home was recently purchased by a sweet couple who are fixing up this home for their daughter. Fortress Foundation Solutions raked and leveled this customer's crawlspace, removed old, ineffective black plastic barrier, and removed falling insulation. We then installed drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, FoamMax insulation, a TripleSafe sump pump with external discharge, and a SaniDry dehumidifier. This customer came to us with concerns about their musty and damp crawlspace. From the photos, you can see the inefficiency of a simple sheet of plastic. Fortress installed CleanSpace liner with drainage matting, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a TripleSafe sump pump with external discharge.

We also installed a Trench Drain around the water heater to make sure that is does not have any problems with corrosion.
