Homeowner Dan Power recently purchased a home in Appomattox, VA. His last home had a crawlspace that had been encapsulated, and Dan enjoyed the peace of mind and extra storage space that created for him and his family. When he purchased his new home, he knew he wanted to have the same thing, so he called up Fortress. We send out one of our System Designers, Caleb Stone, and he did an inspection and created a plan to suit the needs of the Power family. They agreed to the plan, and had WaterGuard, SilverGlo, CleanSpace, and a Sedona SaniDry installed by a crew led by Warren Dickerson. This system would keep their foundation safe from water damage, their energy bills low, and would create more real estate for them to store items in. After the project was complete, they were happy with the installation, and very pleased with how pleasant the process was, saying that "the service and dependability is the best."

This basement had an existing sump pump, which we removed and replaced with a TripleSafe.
Fortress Foundation Solutions installed CleanSpace drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, SmartJacks, and a SaniDry XP dehumidifier with external discharge.
