This crawl space in Winchester, VA was in need of some help! The homeowners called Fortress Foundation Solutions to come take a look. Our System Designer provided a solution for an encapsulation. Our Foreman and his crew installed the products needed to transform this area. They began by leveling the crawl space, then they began to prep the perimeter of the crawl space for our EZ flow pipe. This pipe directs water to our sump where the water is then pumped out of the home. Next the crew installed the sump and began to install our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. CleanSpace protects the home from the outside elements. The final result was a water free crawl space!

To solve these issues, Fortress Foundation Solutions installed eight Power Braces and a WaterGuard with a SuperSump Plus System.

A member of our sales team went out to take a look and informed the homeowners that there house was starting to settle, then went on to let the owner know that they were in need of push piers!

Our push piers are designed to put your home back in it's proper place with minimal disruption to your property! They are steel brackets that are driven deep into the soil beneath your foundation to solve your homes settlement issues. After the push piers are installed, the crew alway backfills the holes!
