Planning to remodel the home, she wanted to make sure the floor structure was solid before beginning the cosmetics. Jennifer met with system designer, Sonny Kingsbury. After entering the crawl space, Sonny was immediately able to see damage done by years of moisture and wetness - wood rot and mold! He offered Jennifer a same day proposal that was much less than a competitor and Jennifer agreed. Soon foreman, Warren Dickerson, was onsite installing a Smart Sump sump pump and drainage system to get rid of the water. System Designer Chris Wilmouth was happy to meet with Michael, conducting an inspection and providing a same-day estimate. Ready for a safe front walkway, Michael agreed! Soon, the Fortress PolyLevel crew arrived at the home and began their work. They drilled small holes at measured intervals into the concrete, filling these holes with PolyLevel until the walkway was lifted to the desired height. Once leveled, the tiny holes were filled, and the sidewalk was restored to its original state. Now, Michael and his family can confidently walk on the sidewalk without the fear of tripping!
