This home in Rockville had water intrusion issues in the crawl space that had caused the floors above to sag. The homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions for a solution to these problems.
After evaluating this crawl space, our System Designer recommended installing a complete CleanSpace Encapsulation, SilverGlo Wall Insulation, a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep water and moisture out of the crawl space. The System Designer recommended our SmartJack System to lift and permanently stabilize those sagging floors. Our System Design Specialist Dave Mauldin, went out to evaluate the situation. He concluded that the crawl space would need to be encapsulated with Cleanspace Liner ,Silverglo and a SaniDry sedonia Dehumidtifier.
With a plan set our production team came to the home to start the project.
Customer called in with a concern of water and moisture issues in the basement of their home. Fortress installed the CleanSpace wall system to address the moisture issues in the basement. Then to address the water intrusion issues Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a full perimeter Watergaurd system with Triple Safe Sump pump system to ensure that the customer was worry free of water in the future.
This tall crawlspace was experience water problems. We installed a CleanSpace liner and drainage matting, perimeter french drain, TripleSafe sump pump, and SaniDry dehumidifier.
