Fortress Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Brookeville reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had a recurring issue with water seeping into their basement with rain and they wanted a permanent solution to this problem.

To best solve this issue, Fortress went out and installed WaterGuard along the perimeter basement walls, along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System. These products will work together to keep this basement dry by catching any water seepage before it ever reaches the basement floor, and then channeling that water to the TripleSafe where it will be pumped out of the home and into the yard through an exterior discharge line. This homeowner will never have to worry about a wet basement again!

This crawl space was in rough shape when the home owner called us out to give an estimate! Years of water intrusion had caused mold, wood rot, and sagging insulation. Riley, one of our system designers put together an estimate and proposal for the customer which included installing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to fully encapsulate & waterproof the crawl space. We then added several of our SmartJacks to support the main beam of the home and prevent further floor sagging. 

The Alexandria homeowner noticed some cracking in their brick foundation wall. They knew that this was a bad sign because they had seen Fortress ads showing the very same thing. They gave us a call to come out and give an estimate for the work needing to be done. This home was very special to the couple as they had raised their children in it and wanted their grandchildren to be able to make lasting childhood memories in it as well. They knew that they had to take care of these important issues should that want that dream to become a reality. We sent out one of our System Designers, Troy, and he created a custom solution for their property's needs. He recommended a push pier system, including 3 piers and brackets, that would lift the house back to its original positioning and close the gap beginning to form. The homeowners agreed to this solution, and soon after, our Forman AJ came out with his crew to install the push pier system. After it was completed, our customers were so glad to feel certain that they'd have many more years in their beloved home, and that their foundations were once again stable. 

In Alexandria, Randy and Kendall had been dealing with water entering their basement during wet weather, leaving the space damp and unreliable. Ongoing moisture intrusion along the perimeter walls was creating concerns about future water damage and limiting how the basement could be used.

After inspecting the basement, Warren and his crew installed a complete waterproofing system designed to keep the space dry long-term. A WaterGuard® drainage system was installed along the perimeter to capture incoming water and direct it safely away before it could reach the basement floor.

To further protect the space, CleanSpace® Wall was installed to create a clean, bright moisture barrier along the walls while helping channel water into the drainage system. As shown in the after photos, the basement is now dry, cleaner, and far better protected from future moisture problems—giving Randy and Kendall confidence that their basement is protected for years to come.

This property in Westminster had a section of sidewalk that had sunken and was uneven, becoming a tripping hazard. Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem. The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints.
