This home in Silver Spring, MD was having issues with water intrusion through the basement. They called the local experts to get the job done right. Our System Designer was able to go out to this home and provide a permanent solution. Our System Designer knew the best solution would be an interior drainage system, also know as WaterGuard. Our Foreman and his crew began the work on the day of installation by preparing the perimeter of the home for this WaterGuard and a TripleSafe Sump Pump System to ensure water is directed out of the home.
The basement of this home in Takoma Paark had a problem with water seeping in during rain. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution to their problem.
Our System Designer, Dave Mauldin, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System , Wellduct Window Drain, along with a Ultra sump pump.
Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the Ultra Sump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that the homeowner will never again have to worry about a wet basement!
This house in Ashton, MD was experiencing both crawlspace and basement moisture issue. Fortress Foundation Solutions installs the patented Cleanspace liner with a Smart Sump Pump to address the issues in the crawlspace area of the home. In the basement area of the home, Fortress installed the TripleSafe sump pump system with Watergaurd flooring drain piping to address the water in the basement. This customer was pleased to call and tell us that when the power went out the Triplesafe kept their basement dry.
This property in Sykesville had a porch that had sunken and was uneven with large cracks.
Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem.
The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the brick where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the brick to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints.
In West Friendship, a homeowner faced the challenge of sinking concrete, a common issue that can lead to uneven surfaces and potential safety risks. As seen in the 'before' photo, the slab had noticeably sunken, disrupting the aesthetics and function of the home’s exterior. Our team at Fortress Foundation Solutions employed the PolyLevel® system to effectively stabilize, lift, and level the concrete. By injecting high-strength polyurethane foam into strategically drilled pea-sized holes, we filled the underlying voids and precisely lifted the slab, as shown in the 'after' photo.
