Mr. Lawson in Roanoke had been dealing with ongoing moisture in his basement. Water intrusion was starting to create concerns about damage and potential mold, so he needed a dependable, long-term solution.
We approached the project by first installing a WaterGuard drainage system to collect any water entering along the perimeter and direct it away from the space. That system was tied into a TripleSafe sump pump, which handles the discharge and keeps the basement protected even during heavier water flow. To round things out, we added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control humidity levels and improve overall air quality.
