The proposal was for what I think is what we need whereas others did not clearly describe what would be done or lacked services I think we need or had more than I think we need.,Perhaps other contractors would have cost a little less than Fortress if we brought them back and asked about features that they had not proposed but I felt more comfortable with Fortress who offered what i think was needed first time. A neighbor who had a bigger project done by Fortress increased my confidence that Fortress was a sound choice.our service area
