This Forest home had a porch and steps that were cracking and sinking away from the house. Fortress easily solved this issue with our PolyLevel Injection System and NexusPro Crack Repair. The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam was injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints. Now these steps have returned to their former glory!

Karl R. of Forest, VA, noticed his garage apron starting to drop from erosion. Hoping to avoid permanent damage, he called Fortress Foundation Solutions to see if we could help! Brandon Conner, system designer, provided a same-day, free estimate and Karl agreed. Our PolyLevel crew was soon at this Forest home filling the void from eroded soil and lifting and leveling the concrete outside the garage. Now Karl doesn't have to worry about water running down into his foundation and his concrete is level again when he drives into the garage.
