Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

This home near Monrovia, MD had water coming in the basement where the driveway ran alongside the house. Over several years the driveway had dropped leaving a gap. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. A System Designer met with them, inspecting the area and offering a free estimate for repair. With our PolyLevel system, Fortress is able to lift and level the driveway. Once our PolyLevel crew was onsite, they were able to raise up the driveway and seal the gap with NexusPro. They drilled small holes at intervals into the concrete, filling these holes with PolyLevel until the slab was lifted to the desired height. In this process a skilled installation crew drills small holes at regular intervals, pumping poly foam into the holes to lift and level. Once the desired height is reached, the holes are filled back in. As you can see in the 'After' photo, our crew was able to raise the concrete up to the original level.
