Challenge
A homeowner in Luke, MD, was dealing with a significantly uneven pool deck. The sunken and shifting concrete posed a serious safety risk for family and guests, especially during summer gatherings. Solution
After contacting our Customer Care team, a free inspection was scheduled with one of our experienced System Designers. Upon evaluation, we recommended the use of PolyLevel® to lift the settled concrete and NexusPro® to seal the joints.
Our production team drilled small, precise holes into the affected slabs and injected PolyLevel®—a high-density, expanding foam that gently and effectively raised the concrete back to its original level. Once the lift was complete, NexusPro® joint sealant was applied to provide a durable, weather-resistant finish that protects against future shifting and cracking.
The result was a safe, level, and attractive pool deck, giving the homeowner peace of mind and restoring full use of their outdoor space—just in time for summer.
