Solution
Our Customer Care Team quickly scheduled an inspection, and one of our experienced System Designers diagnosed the root cause of the settling. To address the issue, our skilled production crew utilized the PolyLevel® system—a minimally invasive method that involves injecting high-strength polyurethane foam beneath the concrete to lift and level it. Small, precise holes were drilled for the injection, allowing the foam to expand and stabilize the walkway. To further protect against future damage, we sealed cracks and joints using NexusPro® Joint Sealant, guarding the area from water infiltration and erosion. In no time, the sidewalk was safely restored—providing the homeowner not just with a stable path, but with renewed peace of mind.
