Solution

To address the problem, we employed a two-step repair approach with NexusPro® Joint Sealant and the PolyLevel® system. NexusPro® was used to seal the cracks, protecting against harsh weather impacts, water infiltration, and soil erosion—restoring a secure, uniform look to the deck. Our production team, under the guidance of a foreman, then used PolyLevel® technology to stabilize and lift the sunken concrete. Small injection points were drilled in precise locations, allowing high-density polyurethane foam to expand beneath the slabs and gently raise them back to their proper level.

Upon completion, the pool deck showcased flawless joints, even slabs, and renewed stability.
