Sidewalk repair in Williamsport, MD

Challenge
Williamsport, Maryland homeowner had noticed a sinking sidewalk that lead up to their front door and after it became a very obvious tripping hazard they explored repair options. They were very hopeful to avoid replacement and reached out to Fortress for a professional evaluation.
Solution
Cara came out to do a free evaluation and found an 8 inch void under the slab. She wrote up her proposal using PolyLevel foam to compress the soil underneath, fill the void and level the slab. She also added nexus pro to seal the cracks and prevent future water from washing out the soil again.
