Before & After
This homeowner in Wardensville, Virginia was concerned about musty odors, high humidity, and soft, sagging floors in the home. After looking into the issue, it became clear the crawl space was the source of the problem. They reached out to our team and scheduled a FREE inspection. Our system designer evaluated the crawl space and found moisture intrusion, poor drainage, and weakened supports, then created a plan to address each issue.
The homeowner was happy with the proposal and decided to move forward. A few weeks later, our crew got to work installing an EZ Flow drainage system, CleanSpace vapor barrier, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and SmartJack supports. Now, the crawl space is dry, sealed, and structurally sound. The home now has cleaner air, stronger floors, and lasting peace of mind.
