Mr. Harris was dealing with severe structural issues in the crawl space beneath his Buena Vista home. Years of high humidity had caused significant rot in the wooden floor joists, weakening the floor system and compromising the home's structural support.
Warren and his crew completed repairs, including sistering 30 damaged joists, replacing a 30-foot section of the main beam, and installing 3 SmartJack® supports for additional stabilization. As shown in the after photo, the crawl space is now properly reinforced, providing the home with the strength and support needed for long-term stability.
