Thomas, a homeowner in Franklin, WV reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing odors and excessive moisture coming from their crawl space. A free evaluation by System Designer Danny revealed mold growth, Hanging insulation and rotting floor joists. Foreman Gustavo and his crew treated 1,308 square feet of mold with MoldX and installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier to help prevent ground moisture from entering the crawl space. They also installed SilverGlo insulation to improve temperature and control and 2 SaniDry Sedona dehumidifiers to manage humidity. Together, these improvements help keep the crawl space dry, discourage future mold growth, and support a more comfortable home.
