Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A System Designer met with Diana, inspected her crawl space and provided a free estimate for an encapsulation. Soon a Fortress crew was onsite installing drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The CleanSpace is in place to seal the home from the damp earth. The final step is the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. It removes moisture from the air keeping the crawl space dry. Now, the crawl space is clean, dry and Diana knows it will keep this business safe.

In the 'before' photo, you can see the clear issues with sagging floors in this Dayton home, a problem often worsened by weakened floor joists and insufficient support.
