Our System Designer, Jamey Elder, went out to this assess this crawl space and recommended that the best solution would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into your crawlspace. Together, these products will ensure that this crawl space will remain clean and dry!

Before, this Lynchburg crawl space was dark and damp which caused for an unhealthy environment. The homeowner wanted to transform the environment to a dry and cleaner space.

Eager to move forward, the ground hogs were evicted, and foreman Warren Dickerson and his crew were soon onsite. They set to work removing the old, damp insulation, installing EZ flow drainage directing all water into the Triple Safe Sump Pump, drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier and a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier. Now the crawl space is clean and usable for extra storage with no unwanted tenants!
