Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

The crawlspace at this home in Nellysford stayed wet and musty, and needed some help! The homeowner reached out to Fortress because he wanted the crawlspace waterproofed.

Our System Designer, Paul Heckman, went out to assess the crawlspace and determined that the best solution for this home was to install a complete CleanSpace Encapsulation, along with a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

This homeowner in Broadway, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions to update their crawl space. This crawl space had black plastic on the ground that was not providing much help to the area. Our System Designer was able to go to this home and provide a free estimate for a permanent solution. Our Forman and his crew installed these products for the homeowner. The crew installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. This protects the area from the outside elements. We also installed our SmartSump to take out any water that was making its way into the crawl space. Finally our SaniDry Dehumidifier was installed to absorb any moisture that made its way into the crawl space.
