These homeowners in Concord, Virginia were stuck dealing with a failed encapsulation preformed by another company. The lining had failed, letting in ground water back into the crawl space.
Fortress came out and recommended to replace the previous encapsulation with our superior products. We provided a comprehensive solution by installing our CleanSpace encapsulation system, SilverGlo Wall Insulation, and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
Mold was beginning to grow in the crawlspace because of moisture and flooding. Fortress installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation and replaced the old sump pump with a SmartSump System. Now the crawlspace will stay clean and dry.

The Arbogast family in Broadway, Virginia had a crawl space that was holding onto a lot of moisture. As you can see in the before photo, the damp conditions were already starting to raise concerns about mold, wood rot, and overall air quality in the home.

We also installed our SmartSump to take out any water that was making its way into the crawl space. Finally our SaniDry Dehumidifier was installed to absorb any moisture that made its way into the crawl space.
