Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner wanted to be proactive in taking care of their investment of their rental property. Our System Designer, Bill Hunter, worked with the homeowner to come up with a permanent solution to address their concerns. 

Our Foreman, Charlie Evans, and his crew worked to complete this project which consisted of a full crawl space encapsulation. 

This customer called Fortress Foundation Solution with a leaking, cold crawlspace that had water damage and standing water. To solve these problems, The Fortress Team installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation with Foamax Insullation. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona and a Condensate Pump to ensure the crawlspace would stay dry.

This house had a dirty and flooding crawlspace and sagging floors. We used the PolyLevel System and a SmartJack to fix the sagging floors. We then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System with the SuperSump Plus to ensure the crawlspace would stay dry and clean.

These products will work together to ensure that this crawl space will remain clean and dry!

This crawl space in Charlottesville had water seeping up through the foundation when it rained. The floors of the house were also warped. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve this problem. After assessing the home, Fortress determined that a full-perimeter WaterGuard, a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System, a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and SmartJack Supports were the best solution. The WaterGuard will catch any water coming in and channel it to the SmartSump where it will be pumped out of the crawl space. The SmartJackSupports straighten the floor of the home and add much needed support. This homeowner no longer has to worry about a wet crawl space or bowing floors again!
