Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner wanted to be proactive in taking care of their investment of their rental property. Our System Designer, Bill Hunter, worked with the homeowner to come up with a permanent solution to address their concerns. 

Our Foreman, Charlie Evans, and his crew worked to complete this project which consisted of a full crawl space encapsulation. 

Faced with a damp, humid crawl space in their Charlottesville home, this homeowner contacted us to address the issues. In the before photo, notice how the excess moisture led to an unhealthy environment with sagging insulation. Our solution was to install our CleanSpace encapsulation system, combined with SilverGlo wall insulation, to create a dry, energy-efficient space. To further ensure dryness and improve air quality, we utilized our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. As seen in the after photo, the crawl space is now a clean environment contributing to a healthier home.

This customer called Fortress Foundation Solution with a leaking, cold crawlspace that had water damage and standing water. To solve these problems, The Fortress Team installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation with Foamax Insullation. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona and a Condensate Pump to ensure the crawlspace would stay dry.

This house had a dirty and flooding crawlspace and sagging floors. We used the PolyLevel System and a SmartJack to fix the sagging floors. We then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System with the SuperSump Plus to ensure the crawlspace would stay dry and clean.
