Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This client noticed water coming into his crawl space and decided he wanted to get it encapsulated, so he called Fortress Foundation Solutions. We sent out our System Designer, Dave Mauldin, who did a thorough inspection and gave him an estimate. Later, our Foreman and his crew went out and installed SilverGlo Insulation on the walls with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the floor and walls to keep it nice and dry. Our client was very satisfied with his crawl space!

When this homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation, their crawl space was in rough shape. Mold, water seepage, and high humidity were creating an unhealthy environment beneath their home. They needed a comprehensive solution to eliminate moisture, improve air quality, and protect their foundation for the long term. One of our expert system designers, Danny, went out to the home and completed a thorough inspection and provide a proposal for a solution. This customer opted to conduct a full crawl space encapsulation utilizing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. They're thrilled to have the work completed and to have their home stable, safe, and healthy.

This home had cracked walls and water in the basement plus water in the crawl space.  Clean Space Wall was used along the front basement wall with Power Braces to stabilize the block foundation.  Waterguard was installed and a Super Sump was placed in the corner of the room. A discharge line was run through the crawl space to the outside of the home.  The crawl space had drainage matting installed and was encapsulated using Clean Space. A broken water line was discovered and repaired in the process.

This home in Rose Hill, VA was experiencing some water intrusion in the crawl space along with some sagging floors in the home. These products work together to ensure that no water or moisture gets into this home ever again. We also installed our SmartJacks to help reverse the sagging of the floors in the home.

Our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew, went out to this home. The crew installed our Cleanspace Vapor Barrier to protect the crawl space from the outside elements. To control the water coming into the crawlspace, our crew installed our Smart Sump. The sump pump allows the water to be pumped out the home through a discharge line. The crew also installed out SaniDry Dehumidifier to alleviate any moisture.  

The final result of this encapsulation was a clean and water free crawl space for years to come.
