A homeowner near Sterling VA, called Fortress Foundation Solutions after discovering moisture issues in his crawl space. Efflorescence had built up on the walls from years of moisture seeping through the block. Our System Designer, Riley Ethier, inspected his crawl space and provided a free estimate for an encapsulation. Soon foreman Warren Dickerson and his crew were onsite installing drainage matting, and CleanSpace vapor barrier. The CleanSpace keeps out moisture protecting the wood joists keeping the space dry!

This home is Walkersville, MD had coners about water coming into the crawlspace. After these homewoners set an appointmet with out Sytem Designer, we were able to come out to this home and provice a free estimate. At this appointmetn our System Designer, knew the best solution to this issue was our Clean Sapace vapor barrier. This Clean Space is a barrier to keep water from getting into the crawl space. We also installed our SilverGlo product to the crawlspace. The silverGlo acts as insulation to the area it is applied.
