We hired a competing foundation company to look at our sub pump. They had done work for us at the beginning of the year, which cost us thousands. The contractor came out and noticed that the first team didn’t see the collapsing foundation wall under our deck, only held up by metal shims. He made it sound like it was an urgent matter and gave us a quote.

Needless to say, we were upset that we were looking at thousands more to be spent. So we called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a second opinion. Cara did her measurements and checked the wall with the shims and told us everything was level and not to worry. She suggested we keep an eye out for any further damage.
