Brandon came out and gave me some great ideas for my crawlspace. I haven't made the final decision as how I'm going to proceed but I'll definitely keep Fortress in mind for my sagging floor issues. They were friendly, professional, didn't try to upsell me repairs that I don't need, and didn't make me feel stupid as a woman seeking home repairs.
