This home in Lexington,VA was having issues with the foundation wall of their home bowing. Our System Designer was able to come out to this home and provide a free no obligate estimate. After a thorough look at this issue, the best solution would be our Carbon Armor system.
Carbon Armor Strips are applied to the wall with a super stick adhesive. They are laid on the wall to provide support to the minor bowing wall issues a home may have.
These homeowners were left satisfied knowing that the wall was secure and the issue was resolved.
This home was also having trouble with water intrusion also. Our crew also install our TripleSafe sump pump, and our WaterGuard System.

Paul knew the best solutions was a total encapsualtion. This solution incleded our clean space vapor barrier, our silver glo insulation, and smart jacks. Smart jacks help to provide support to the joist for the floors. The clean space acts as a barrier to protect the crawl space from outside elements. This provides a perminate solutions for years to come.
This home in Lexington,VA was having a foundation wall that had a slight bow to it. This wall began to lean inward slightly. After calling Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate, our System Designer Robert Briggs was able to go out and provide an estimate for a perminate solution.
Robert knew the best solution would be Carbon Armor strips. These strips are apllied to the wall. They are held up by a super sticky adhesive tape. They are then tightened by a notch at the top of the strip. Helping the slight bow before it becomes worse.
This homeowner in Lexington, VA called Fortress with concerns about a water coming into the basement. This water coming in also caused an unpleasant musty smell. Our System Designer, Zach was able to go out to the home and give these homeowners a piece of mind with a permanent solution. The best way to fix this issue was installing our WaterGuard system, along with our Triplesafe sump pump. Our Foreman, and his crew went out to the home and began to install these products. The crew began preparing the perimeter of the basement for the WaterGuard. Once the WaterGuard is in place, the crew then installed the Triplesafe sump pump. An outside discharge is also installed on the sump pump to allow the water to be pumped out of the basement. We also followed in with drainage stone over top of the WaterGuard. This crushed stone allows the water to easily flow to the WaterGuard, and then to the sump pump. Once the system and the stone are laid, new cement is laid over the system to give it a finished look. The end result was a dry basement that would last years to come
