Challenge
This home owner in Lexington, Virginia called us here at Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about a bowing wall in their basement and also about the water that was coming in to the home. One of our System Designers, Robert Briggs, went out to the home to assess the situation. He decided the best solution for this homeowner would be our Carbon Armor strips and our Water Guard drain system.
Solution
Our foreman Robert Briggs and his crew went to this home and installed our Carbon Armor strips, which will stabilize the wall and prevent any future movement or damage to the wall. For the water getting into the basement, the crew installed our Water Guard drain system to catch any water coming into the basement through the walls.
