Jonathan in Spotsylvania started noticing cracks forming where his walls met the ceiling. At first they were small, but over time they became hard to ignore. He also noticed parts of the floor didn’t feel as solid as they used to.
Not sure what was going on, he reached out for an inspection. After taking a look in the crawl space, we found the issue—some of the supports had weakened and shifted, causing the floors above to sag and leading to the cracking upstairs.
