This couple moved in from another state and unfortunately came into several foundation issues in their new home. Their wall had over 2" of deflection which was very concerning to the homeowner and wanted it remediated as soon as possible. We installed 2 Geo-locks & 2 PowerBrace foundation systems to bring their wall back to a stable position.

This home in Swoope had a crawl space that was wet and musty, and needed some help!

Our System Designer, Jamey Elder, went out to assess this crawl space and recommended that the best solution would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SmartSump sump pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into your crawlspace. Together, these products will ensure that this crawl space will remain clean and dry!

This crawlspace in Swoope had bad flooding every time it rained. Fortress solved this issue by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation with a SmartSump System and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. With this system in place, this crawlspace will stay clean and dry during every storm!

The basement of this home in Swoope had water seeping in along the foundation with rain, so the homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions for a solution to this problem.

Our foreman and his crew went out to this home and installed our WaterGuard System along the perimeter of the home, along with a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. These products will work together to keep this basement dry!

he owner of this home hired a general contractor to finish his basement. Before the work began on the basement, the contractor wanted to waterproof the basement. Fortress Foundation Solutions was the company this contractor chose to do the work. Although waterproofing a basement does not require an unfinished basement, it is slightly easier. This basement presented many challenges for Fortress, beginning with the block walls leaking water into the basement at the floor level. Standing water was found in numerous locations of this basement; standing water creates a moist/damp atmosphere that is susceptible to mold. Also, the basement’s current sump pump was faulty, requiring Fortress to install a new one.

Fortress was able to aid this contractor in the completion of this space. WaterGuard was installed all throughout this basement to ensure that the water leaking in was caught before it could spread to various other sections of the basement. Brightwall was installed to protect the walls from further water damage. Also, a SuperSump was placed in the basement to pump and remove the water from the basement. The SuperSump pushed water through a pump discharge (pipeoff) and a lawnscape to move the water away from the basement. After two days of installations, this basement was fully waterproof and ready for the general contractor to take his next steps in finishing this basement for its homeowner.
