The basement of this home in Altavista had water coming in through the walls with rain. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution to this problem.
Our System Designer, Chris Guill, went out to evaluate this home and recommended installing our WaterGuard XL system along the perimeter of the home, along with a TripleSafe sump pump.
Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the TripleSafe and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will never have to worry about a wet basement again!
This crawlspace/basement in Greenville was dirty and water damaged from repeated flooding. Fortress solved these issues by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation with a TripleSafe Sump System.
This Greenville basement ws experiencing water seeping through the walls. Fortress Foundation SOlutions installed our Water Guard system at the footer of the wall to catch any water coming into the home, we also added a Triple Safe sump pump to pump all of the water from the drain system to the outside of the home. No more leaking walls!
In the Fisher, WV home featured here, sagging floors were a major concern due to weakened crawl space supports. The before photo shows the unsettling dip often caused by compromised floor joists. To resolve this and ensure long-term stability, we employed our expert foundation repair products—the SmartJack® System and CleanSpace® encapsulation system. Notice in the after photo how the galvanized steel columns from the SmartJack® System effectively lifted the floors towards their original alignment. The CleanSpace® encapsulation ensures a dry, healthy crawl space, enhancing the overall foundation quality and safety of the home.
This homeowner was eager to repair their sinking front porch. Fortress went out and found that the footing under the home had broken, causing the porch to settle. We installed several Push Piers under the footing of the home to prevent any further dropping.
