Diana T. was looking to invest in a local small business, but there was one problem. Water was coming into the crawl space during heavy rains. She called Fortress Foundation Solutions after hearing good things from a friend.

A System Designer met with Diana, inspected her crawl space and provided a free estimate for an encapsulation. Soon a Fortress crew was onsite installing drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The CleanSpace is in place to seal the home from the damp earth. Customer in Ringgold, Va was experiencing water entering the basement and water vapor/humidity issues. The CleanSpace wall system and Sedona Dehumidification System was added to address the water vapor/moisture issues.
