This homeowner wanted to replace the existing wooden support posts with a stronger system. We installed 2 of our Smart Jack XT's to provide this homeowner with a stronger more durable system to support the floors above his garage. 

Home is where the heart is, and the memories! For one customer this meant preserving her childhood home to create more memories to come. With the insight of our System Designer, Chris and the help from crew, Cope,  K'nell, Jalvis, and Larry, our team installed our Water Guard drain system to direct the water to their SuperSump Pump system to accomplish this goal. Keeping lasting memories is what we do best!

This Radcliff Ave, Lynchburg, VA homeowner had a damp and dirty crawl space enticing to a family of ground hogs who had moved in. When the homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate, system designer, Eddie Salido was happy to provide a complete inspection and proposal. Eager to move forward, the ground hogs were evicted, and foreman Warren Dickerson and his crew were soon onsite. They set to work removing the old, damp insulation, installing EZ flow drainage directing all water into the Triple Safe Sump Pump, drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier and a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier. Now the crawl space is clean and usable for extra storage with no unwanted tenants!

In Lynchburg, Virginia, Carol faced issues with a moist, moldy crawl space, which posed risks of structural damage and increased energy bills. The before photo illustrates these challenges, with visible signs of wear and humidity. We also used the SaniDry Sedona to effectively manage humidity and eliminate musty odors. As you can see in the after photo, her crawl space is now clean and well-protected.
