Cracks in your patio are more than just an eyesore; they're a greeting no homeowner wants to give. In New Midway, MD, a homeowner faced just such a dilemma with a worrying crack leading to their front door. But as you can see, transformation is what we're all about at Fortress Foundation Solutions. With SealantPro, we didn't just seal the crack; we fortified the steps. Our PolyLevel treatment then ensured solidity and levelness, offering a durable, seamless finish. Notice in the photos how we turned a problem area into a welcoming path, reflecting our commitment to architecture that not only stands the test of time but proudly says, "Welcome home."
In Boyds, Maryland, homeowner Vivek had lived in this home for 5 years when they started noticing the front porch slowly sloping forward. Over time, a void began expanding underneath the stoop. Every time it rained, water would puddle in the area and eventually caused the washout and void formation seen in the before photo.
System Designer Joe came out to evaluate the issue and put together a solution. Ethan, our PolyLevel foreman, along with co-foreman Samuel, injected PolyLevel foam beneath the stoop. The foam compresses the soil underneath, fills the void, and lifts the stoop back toward its original position - as seen in the after photo.
Now, there are no more tripping hazards or unsightly sinking concrete outside of Vivek’s home, and the repair is backed by a 5-year warranty.
