Observe the transformation we achieved on a block foundation in Great Cacapon, WV. The homeowner faced stair-step cracks and a severe 2-inch wall deflection, posing potential risks to the structural integrity of the home. To address these concerns, we expertly installed the PowerBrace™ System. These zinc-plated steel beams are custom-fitted and securely anchored, effectively stabilizing the foundation walls. Cara was the system designer assigned to evaluate the concerns brought up by the buyers. She carefully reviewed the addendum and proposed a solution based on the requested repairs.
