This customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions with a leaking basement. In order to solve this problem, Fortress in stalled a French drain and DryTrak with a SuperSump Plus System.
This homeowner in Arrington reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had water coming into their basement with rain. The homeowner wanted to eliminate the hassle of having to constantly clean up water, and wanted a dry basement.
To best resolve this issue, Fortress sent our Foreman and his crew out to install our WaterGuard System along the basement walls, along with 2 TripleSafe Sump Pump Systems. These products will continuously work together to keep this basement dry by catching any water seeping in before it reaches the basement floor, then draining the water to the sump pumps where it will be pumped out of the home! This homeowner can now relax during rain storms knowing that their basement will never flood again!
Mold was beginning to grow in the crawlspace because of moisture and flooding. Fortress installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation and replaced the old sump pump with a SmartSump System. Now the crawlspace will stay clean and dry.
The basement walls of this home in Concord were starting to bow inward. The homeowner reached out to Fortress very concerned, and wanted to get those walls stabilized.
Fortress went out and installed 6 PowerBraces to stabilize those walls and prevent further bowing. Over time the PowerBraces can be tightened to straighten out the walls.
This homeowner contacted Fortress with concerns that their home's foundation was settling. There was cracking and separating in the bricks and they wanted to get that stabilized.
Our System Designer, Scott LLewellyn, went out to assess this home and recommended that push piers be installed to lift and stabilize this foundation.
Push Piers feature a patent-pending external sleeve that strengthens the pier at the critical tension point below the bracket. They are installed next to the footings and attached with a heavy duty steel bracket. Soil is backfilled around the piers once stabilization and lifting is complete to finish the installation.
