The crawl space of this home in Lovingston was wet and musty, and really needed some help!

Fortress went out and installed a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SmartSump sump pump.

Before Fortress Foundation Solutions stepped in, the crawl space in this Lovingston home was plagued with moisture issues that threatened structure integrity and air quality. As seen in the before photo, high humidity contributed to mold growth and musty odors. Our comprehensive solution involved installing the TripleSafe Sump Pump for reliable water management, complemented by the efficiency of a SaniDry Sedona. To create a seamless barrier, we enveloped the area with CleanSpace, bolstered with SilverGlo insulation. In the after photo, the crawl space exudes a transformed, dry, and healthy environment.

This homeowner had extensive water damage and a serious mold issue. Fortress Foundation Solutions solved these issues by installing a full perimeter WaterGuard with a TripleSafe Sump System. We also instaled Foamax Basement Insulation to ensure that the basement stays warm and dry!

This homeowner contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions because the floors in there home were starting to sag and each time it rained, they would receive water in their crawl space. 

Fortress informed the customer that their home was in serious need of our SmartJacks Crawl Space Stabilizer. This system is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging floors. SmartJacks can also often lift failing floor joists or beams, restoring them to their original position. 

We also installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along with our SmartSump to assure this homeowner that they would no longer receive water in their crawl space.
