The crawl space of this home in Port Republic was wet and musty, and needed some help!

Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess this crawl space and recommended that the best solution would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SmartSump sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

This homeowner in Port Republic called Fortress because they had water intrusion in their crawl space and floors in their home had started sagging. 

After explaining all the issues they were having over the phone, we sent one of our System Designers out to take a look! He recommended our SmartJack Crawl Space Support System. This system provides solid support for undersized beams and restores stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space. We also installed a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, a SmartSump sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to assure them that their crawl space would stay dry!

In Port Republic, this homeowner was facing a wet, musty crawl space causing structural concerns and affecting indoor air quality. Before, the photo showed dampness and deterioration. This customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions because they were tired of their front walkway not being even. They were interested in replacing their walkway until we came to their home and gave them an alternative solution that would cost less and take up less time! 

Our system designer explained to this homeowner that there was no need to replace the whole walkway because we have a product called poly level which is designed to lift and restore your concrete!

This home in Penn Laird had a sidewalk that was sinking and settling, becoming a tripping hazard.

Our System Designer, Zach Bullock, went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to lift that area back up to it's original position.

The foreman for this, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed.
