After our System Designer, Troy King, went out to have a look at what the cause may be, he discovered that some of the original wooden joists in her crawlspace were now rotting, causing her floors to be uneven and walls to begin cracking. Troy created a custom solution for her crawlspace that would not only fix the rotting joists, but also keep her crawlspace dry for years to come! Later, Foreman Warren used pressure treated lumber for the full joists, and CleanSpace vapor barrier and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the space clean, dry, and pest free! Now her home is stable and dry for many years to come!
