The crawl space of this home in Halifax was collecting water every time it rained. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution on keeping that crawl space dry.

Our System Designer, Zach Bullock, went out to assess this home and recommended that the best solution would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SmartSump sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into the crawlspace. Together, these products will ensure that this crawlspace will stay clean and dry!

The Colonial Restaurant in Rustburg, Virginia had water coming into the basement at the seams of the walls. Fortress Foundation Solutions solved this problem by installing our Water Guard system around the basement to collect any water coming through the walls, and we also installed a Super Sump Plus to then pump the water outside of the basement. 

This home in Halifax, VA was having issues with the foundation wall bowing inward. There were major cracks throughout the wall. After calling Fortress Foundation Solution, our System Designer was able to come out to the home to provide an estimate for a permanent solution. Our Foreman and his crew went out to this home and installed our PowerBrace System. PowerBrace Supports help add stability to a wall that is failing.   

This homeowner located in Nathalie, Virginia contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions because they were having a couple of different issues in their basement. One of the walls had started to bow inwards and they were also receiving water through the walls. 

Fortress recommended that we install our PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System. powerBraces are the ideal way to stabilize failing foundation walls and can stop any further damage and potentially straighten the wall. This system is also easily adjustable, allowing for tightening of the brace to attempt to raise the wall back to its original position.

We also recommended our Full Perimeter WaterGuard System. Our WaterGuard System is installed underneath the floor slab, resting on top of your foundation footing. This system is installed with minimal invasion of the slab, and all concrete is restored after installation.
