This garage in Fishersville was cracked, uneven, and sloping. The homeowner wanter the eye-soar of a garage fixed. Fortress was able to help this homeowner by using our PolyLevel Injection System to raise and level the sunken concrete.
This homeowner in Fishersville reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because their garage floor was sinking.
Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to lift that concrete pad back up to its original position.
Our Foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then injected polyurethane foam beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. This homeowner was left with a level garage floor that was as good as new!

Kevin was dealing with ongoing humidity and water intrusion in the crawl space beneath his Fishersville home. During our inspection, we found excess moisture and water concerns that could lead to mold growth, poor air quality, and damage to the home over time.
Scott and his crew installed a complete CleanSpace® Crawl Space Encapsulation System to permanently address the problem. The project included removing old, water-damaged insulation, installing an EZ Flow drainage system and SuperSump® sump pump, and sealing the space with a CleanSpace® vapor barrier. SilverGlo™ insulation and a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier were also added for maximum moisture and humidity control. As shown in the after photos, the crawl space is now clean, dry, and fully protected from moisture-related issues.
This homeowner in Mount Sidney, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions because they were tired of receiving water in their basement.
They were not entirely sure where the water was coming in from so our System Designer, Zach Bullock, went out to their home to assess the issues they were having. Zach informed the homeowner that the best solution would be to install our full perimeter WaterGuard System.
Our WaterGuard System assured our customer that their basement would stay dry! This Drainage System is designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing.
