This homeowner in Gladstone, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns of the cement floor in their garage cracking and sinking. This was an issue the homeowners wanted to get fixed right away. Our System Designer was able to go out to this home and provide a free estimate for our concrete lifting and leveling services. Our Forman and his crew where able to use our PolyLevel Injection System to raise it back to the correct placement. After that was complete they sealed any cracks with our NexusPro Crack Repair.    

Fortress Foundation Solutions raked and leveled this customer's crawlspace, removed old, ineffective black plastic barrier, and removed falling insulation. We then installed drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, FoamMax insulation, a TripleSafe sump pump with external discharge, and a SaniDry dehumidifier. This customer came to us with concerns about their musty and damp crawlspace. From the photos, you can see the inefficiency of a simple sheet of plastic. Fortress installed CleanSpace liner with drainage matting, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a TripleSafe sump pump with external discharge. 

This homeowner had extensive water damage in their basement due to repeated flooding. Fortress Foundation Solutions solved this problem by installing a WaterGuard with a TripleSafe Sump System. We also installed a Trench Drain around the water heater to make sure that is does not have any problems with corrosion. 

This homeowner had a leaky basement. The wooden shelves in the basement were rotting, there was mold and mildew on the walls, and water would come under the garage door of this walk-in basement.
