This property in North Garden had a porch that had sunken and was uneven with large cracks.

Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem.

The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints. 

This crawl space in Maurertown was leaking and moldy. The dirt floor was covered in a thin layer of plastic that did not stop water and mud from getting in. After evaluating this home, our System Designer determined that the best waterproofing solution for this home would be to install WaterGuard along the perimeter basement walls and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. These products will work together to keep this basement dry by catching any water seepage before it ever reaches the basement floor and channeling that water to the SuperSump where it will be pumped out of the home through an exterior discharge line. This homeowner will never have to worry about their basement getting wet again!
