The basement of this home in Maurertown had water coming in with rain, so the homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to get this problem solved.

After evaluating this home, our System Designer determined that the best waterproofing solution for this home would be to install WaterGuard along the perimeter basement walls and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. These products will work together to keep this basement dry by catching any water seepage before it ever reaches the basement floor and channeling that water to the SuperSump where it will be pumped out of the home through an exterior discharge line. This homeowner will never have to worry about their basement getting wet again!

This crawlspace in Woodstock was dirty and moldy. The insulation was falling down and the ground was muddy. Fortress installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation and a SmartSump System to keep this crawlspace clean and dry.

This home in Clover, VA was settling and sinking. This was causing cracks on both the inside and outside of the house. Fortress installed Push Piers along the outside walls to stabilize and support the foundation.

Fortress dug a trench around the house, installed the Push Piers, then covered them back up. Pier installations are great for many homeowners because they are not visible after the installation.
