The basement of this home in Concord had water seeping in during long periods of rain, so the homeowner reached out to Fortress to get this issue resolved.

Our foreman and his crew went to the home and installed our WaterGuard System, along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System and a SaniDry XP Dehumidifier. These products will continuously work together to keep this basement dry!

This wall had a horizonal crack going across the whole wall. The wall was beginning to bow inward and needed to be stabilized. Our Foreman and his crew installed our PowerBrace system. These supports are placed on the wall to prevent further issue.

After her questions were answered, she chose to repair her foundation with GeoLock Wall Anchors. Toby Bryant and his experienced team soon arrived at her home. The GeoLock Wall Anchor rods were driven from a trench on the outside to inside the basement and secured to the wall with plates. Take a look at the wall plates now stabilizing the wall, locking it up tight! No more bowing or cracking.
