As shown, we installed our WaterGuard® system, a premier sub-floor drainage solution designed to efficiently transport water to a sump pump. This basement had an existing sump pump, which we removed and replaced with a TripleSafe.

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed CleanSpace drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, SmartJacks, and a SaniDry XP dehumidifier with external discharge.

This home in Shenandoah,  VA was having issues with water coming into their crawlspace. They wanted to get this issue resolved as fast and as accurately as possible, so they called Fortress Foundation Solutions to fix this issue. 

Our System Designer, went out to this home to provide a free estimate.We knew the best solution to the issue these homeowners were facing was a total encapsulation. Our Foreman, Aaron and his crew went out to this home. The crew installed our Cleanspace Vapor Barrier to protect the crawlspace from the outside elements. To control the water coming into the crawlspace, our crew installed our Smart Sump. The sump pump allows the water to be pumped out the home through a discharge line. The crew also installed out SaniDry Dehumidifier to alleviate any moisture.  

The final result of this encapsulation was a clean and water free crawl space for years to come.
