The crawl space of this home in Mount Crawford was wet and musty, and needed some help!
Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess this crawl space and recommended that the best solution would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SmartSump sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

This Keystone Drive, Mount Crawford, VA, homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions after a ground hog had taken up residence in their crawl space. Danny Camunas, system designer, inspected the crawl space offering a same-day, no cost estimate. Ready to have their crawl space fully encapsulated, they agreed. After evicting their free-loading tenant, foreman, Travis Farmer and his crew arrived. They installed EZFlow drainage and a Triple Safe sump pump. The EZFlow directs any water threatening to come into the crawl space to the Triple Safe. The Triple Safe, with its battery back up, then pumps the water out and still functions if the power goes out. Next, drainage matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier were installed. Now the crawl space is dry, clean and ready for storage.
Fortress Foundation Solutions installed CleanSpace drainage matting, a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, SmartJacks, and a SaniDry XP Dehumidifier with an external discharge.
The customer called with complaints of repeated basement flooding. To solve this issue Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a full perimeter WaterGuard and a fuller perimeter french drain. Fortress also installed a SuperSump Plus with a SaniDry Sedona and an Ice Guard to ensure that the basement would never again.
