The crawl space of this home in Charlottesville was damp and musty, and needed some help!

Our System Designer, Chris Guill, went out to assess this crawl space and recommended that the best solution would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with SilverGlo Wall Insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into your crawlspace. These products will work together to ensure that this homeowner now has a crawl space that stays clean and dry!

The basement of this home in Charlottesville had issues with water seeping in through the foundation with rain. The homeowner reached out to Fortress to solve this problem.

Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a TripleSafe sump pump.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the TripleSafe and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will never again have to worry about a wet basement!

We installed a Water Guard system in their basement and also included a Triple Safe sump pump to reroute any water to the outside of the home and away from the basement.
