Our System Designer, Chris Guill, went out to assess this home, and recommended installing a complete CleanSpace Encapsulation, a SmartSump and UltraSump sump pumps, and also a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

These products will work together to ensure that this crawl space will remain clean and dry.

The basement of this home in Ridgeway had walls that were cracking and bowing, and had an issue with water seeping in through the foundation. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution to stabilize those foundation walls, and to keep their basement dry.

For the water intrusion issue, he recommended installing our WaterGuard XL system along the perimeter of the basement, along with SuperSump sump pump.

Nick Mori was able to come out soon after and install the FlexiSpan in a couple of hours. This sealant is flexible, will never dry or crack and ensures a waterproof seal. Now Timothy and his wife are enjoying their basement space again without worry of water!
